About Lindsey North, DDS, MS, FAAPD

Dr. Lindsey North is a board-certified pediatric dentist and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry who creates an encouraging, entertaining, and comfortable experience for children and their families.

Dr. North earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the College of William & Mary and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. She completed two additional years of specialty study in pediatric dentistry and a Master of Science in Oral Sciences at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Throughout her career and education, Dr. North has focused on preventive dentistry and enjoys sharing practical oral-health knowledge with parents and patients. She opened Bitty Bites Pediatric Dentistry from the ground up in 2020 to create a welcoming place where children can grow from tiny teeth into big smiles.

Dr. North meets each child where they are and works hard to make every patient comfortable. She has expanded her knowledge of tethered oral tissue releases with a CO2 laser and airway-centered decision-making through active membership in The Breathe Institute.

She lives in Richmond with her husband, Dieter, and their two children, Cole and Cora. Outside the office, she enjoys fitness, mahjong, volunteering with animal rescue agencies, and spending time with family and friends.
