About Lida M. Vargas, DDS, MLD

Dr. Lida M. Vargas is a general dentist who provides comprehensive care in a relaxed environment where the needs of every patient come first.

Dr. Vargas graduated from dental school in Colombia, South America, in 1994. She later completed her dental education at the University of Maryland at Baltimore, graduating in 2005. She has practiced in the Fairfax area for more than 20 years.

Her continuing education includes two years of implant seminars, advanced training in CEREC and Invisalign, and a certificate with Progressive Orthodontics. She is an Invisalign Preferred Provider and has earned certifications in CEREC CAD/CAM single-visit dentistry, diagnostic care, and guided implant surgery.

Dr. Vargas also provides advanced laser dentistry and has completed training in general dentistry, endodontics, and periodontal dentistry through Fotona. Her additional certifications include Fotona NightLase for snoring and sleep apnea, SmoothLase for fine lines in the perioral area, and regenerative facial treatments using platelet-rich fibrin techniques.

She is committed to a multi-clinical approach for complex cases and to providing high-quality care in a comfortable, patient-focused setting.
