About Dr. Heba Al Tamimi, DDS

Dr. Heba Al Tamimi provides general dentistry with a focus on helping patients feel comfortable, relieving dental anxiety, and building healthy, confident smiles.

Dr. Al Tamimi began her dental career in Jordan, graduating from the University of Jordan in 2012 and completing a one-year internship there. She practiced family dentistry in Jordan and Iraq before beginning to teach dentistry in Baghdad in 2014.

After moving to the United States, Dr. Al Tamimi volunteered at Parkside Family Dentistry in Bridgewater, Virginia, while continuing the education required to practice dentistry here. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in May 2020.

Her passion is to provide world-class dentistry while helping patients feel at ease during treatment. She is a certified Invisalign provider and is committed to helping patients improve both their oral health and their smiles.

Dr. Al Tamimi lives in Charlottesville with her husband, Muataz, and their two daughters, Hana and Jana. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking, baking, and hiking, and appreciates Charlottesville’s welcoming community and beautiful mountains and trails.
