About Dr. Eric Armakan, DDS

Dr. Eric Armakan is a board certified pediatric dentist and frenectomy specialist serving families in Arlington, VA and the greater DMV region.

Dr. Eric is an expert-trained provider in the release of tethered oral tissues, including tongue and lip ties, and treats babies as young as a few days old through adulthood.

He sees the mouth as part of the whole body, and his evaluations reflect that. Families come to him for a welcoming, educated, and judgement-free space where questions are encouraged and decisions are made unhurriedly, together.

First visits move at the pace of each family. For infants, that may include a comprehensive feeding and tongue assessment alongside parents. For older children, it means a careful look at how the airway, bite, and growth pattern are developing together.
